Due to the substantial cost, time and environmental impact associated with the amount of paper and photocopying involved with sending letters and menus home, our school is aiming to become more paperless and cashless.
To help make improvements we will be using a service called ParentMail, which is used by over 6,000 schools across the UK to communicate with 4.5 million parents by email and text message. ParentMail helps make life for parents much easier; with a single account you can receive information, complete forms, book Parents’ Evenings, respond to meetings and make payments to both Stanton School and Pepper Hill School. This is all done through a simple App. ParentMail will be beneficial to you because:
Messages will get to you reliably
You will quickly know about important or urgent messages
We can tell you more about what is going on at the school
You can give consent for after school clubs and visits at the click of a button
You can make your child’s dinner choices quickly and easily
You can make dinner and visit payments to the school
We would like to invite you all to an information evening on Wednesday 18th January at 5pm held at Stanton School to show you how ParentMail works and how you will be able to use it to make communication between school and yourself much easier. Attending this information evening will be extremely beneficial to you as we will be launching ParentMail and you will receive details of the free Parentmail App.
